Because of bad internet environment in China, chinese users are hard to access Github. Many of them can only download files from mirror server: [https://mirrors.ustc.edu.cn/gmt/](https://mirrors.ustc.edu.cn/gmt/) But if the file is not in Hawaii server, the mirror server cannot rsync it. Do you mean Hawaii server cannot add files anymore? ---

The Hawaii server, for the time being, can. But the personal ftp account of P.Wessel cannot. ---
