A set of new (smaller) DCW type files

Hi,

I have created a new repository (GitHub - GenericMappingTools/DCW-type-files: Optional files to use instead of the Digital Chart of the World (DCW)) with files that may be used instead of the default DCW (dcw-gmt.nc) file. To use them it is necessary to have the GMT developing version.
