About -Sn parameter (plot anisotropy) in psvelo

Dear GMT Users,

I have a question regarding the -Sn parameter to plot anisotropy bar in the psvelo module. I am curious about the exact location of the data point: does it coincide with the center or one of the ends of the bar? Apologies if I missed this information on the website, and thank you in advance for your replies.

In addition, all but circular vectors may take these modifiers:

  • +j - The just determines how the input x,y point relates to the vector. Choose from beginning [default], end, or center.
