Change transparency for fill color

I’m currently trying to wrap the solar function for PyGMT. Looking at the -G argument, the color fill options appear to be all opaque. Maybe I’m missing it in the GMT docs, but is there any way for the fill transparency to be set?

Sure, pretty much everywhere in GMT you simply use -Gcolor@transparency, with transparency a percentage from 0-100. So -Gred@50 is half-transparent red.

Thanks for the response! Not sure if I mistyped it when I searched for transparency in the docs, as it pops up now when I searched for it. Appreciate the help!
