Cross section with respect to a earthquake lcoation and strike

Hi, I am new to GMT and using version GMT6.
How can we plot a cross-section line of 200km with respect to strike and given latitude and longitude?

I suggested to plot use GMT project but there is no option of the strike.

How extend profile?

I have a profile (see below) that lengths ca. 15 km. and I want extend the profile that same distance in both direction. I.e. I want to add two extra points (at the beginning and the end following its azimuth) at a distance of 15 km (so the new profile would be 45 km). If your data are not gridded, you can bin them using xyz2grd, or binstat or block[...] …
