Is there available a script for the plot of the cumulative number of earthquakes VS magnitude (magnitude distribution of earthquakes) from a given catalogue, aiming in the logN-M plot with determination of the GR constants following the selection of a magnitude window (data completeness) ?

Then using options in -J to have a log-log plot ?
