Help! From GPS velocity to strain field using straintool, plotting problem at the final stage

hey guys, I am coming here to ask one question that bothers me a loooooooooooooot.
if you have ever used straintool to calculate the strain field from the GPS velocity field, could you pls check my problem?
I am stuck in the plot step since i am using git in windows to run the bash to plot use gmt, here is the problem.

It looks like you don’t have GMT in your path.

sorry i dont really understand how it works in windows, so i turned to linux and the problem solved.
