Open Source Multiple GMT Implementation Examples (Classic GMT, PyGMT, and GMT.jl) with Source Data

I’m pleased to share our recent work published in GEOPHYSICS, where we provide three different GMT implementations (Classic GMT, PyGMT, and GMT.jl) for all eight figures in our paper. The code is available at: GitHub - CUG-EMI/EFDO: The EFDO neural operator network is used for fast forward modeling of magnetotelluric data in complex media.

While our research focuses on physics-informed neural operator networks for fast forward modeling, we believe the GMT scripts we’ve developed might be particularly interesting to this community. Each figure in our repository comes with detailed implementations using all three GMT approaches, along with the necessary data files, allowing users to compare and learn different GMT programming styles.

If you find these resources helpful for your GMT learning or scientific visualization needs, please consider giving our repository a star⭐️.

Very cool, both the Neural Operator model and the figures plotted in 3 programming languages. Thanks for sharing!
