Plot GPS vertical velocity field

Hello, I want to plot GPS vertical velocity field using psvelo. How do I arrange the data? I am very much familiar with that of the Horizontal plot from the example you have provided at:

Have you try to use the same arrange that for horizontal plot? I think it is the same.

One method that I have used for a long time is to make a new “psvelo” input file that has the vertical component as the “north” and zeroes for the “east” component. Then plotting with “psvelo” makes arrows up or down.

The other option is to use the regular “psxy” command to draw circles with colors from a “cpt” color table that show the vertical motion. This is easier to combine with the horizontal motion vectors.
